STORAGE SERVICES

Our STORAGE service is a storage solution for individuals and companies during the moving process or for temporary situations, such as not having a new home ready, renovations at your current residence, workplace relocation, or companies with limited space.

To provide a cost for the service, it is necessary to perform a prior volume assessment, based on a list of belongings provided by the client or through a home visit, at no cost or obligation.

On the day of the pickup, we disassemble the furniture and pack and protect your belongings to ensure they stay in optimal condition, whether for a short period or indefinitely.

We prepare a detailed inventory and offer general insurance, according to our policy conditions, with the option to purchase all-risk insurance.

Our STORAGE facility is located on our own premises and has 24-hour surveillance against theft and fire. If the client prefers, they can bring their belongings themselves, and our team will assist with the unloading, inventory, and placement process.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL-SERVICE STORAGE AND SELF-STORAGE

Access and hours

In full-service storage, access is restricted to the client, or persons previously authorized by them, and company staff specialized in unloading, handling, and placing moves in their corresponding spots. Access hours are limited to the company’s opening hours. In self-storage, access is unlimited and without set hours.

Management and use of space

In full-service storage, the space is managed by the company. It allows the client to contract and pay only for the space occupied. The cost varies depending on the volume in cubic feet. It is a tailored service.
In self-storage, units of different sizes are rented, and the cost is based on the square footage of the selected space, according to the client’s criteria. We recommend self-storage for the belongings of a family or company that needs constant and regular access to them.

However, full-service storage is the best option for furniture and contents that need to be stored for a period where they won’t be used repeatedly, while still having access to your belongings whenever you need them.
