Even if it doesn’t seem like it, the Christmas holidays are a time when the number of moves can increase considerably. Like many other companies, those of us in this business might have a reduced staff due to vacations or time off. That’s why you should contact the moving company as soon as possible to explain your needs and book the service ahead of time.

Make sure to contact your gas, electricity, and water companies in time to notify them of your change of address. If any of these services are missing, Christmas Eve dinner could get a bit complicated!

Christmas is a beautiful time. But snow, cold, and winter storms can complicate the move. When packing, remember to keep everything you need to stay warm and dry handy, like some blankets and maybe a few extra pairs of socks.
